Zoom is a multi-platform web conferencing service that TCNJ now provides for free to staff, faculty, and students.
Zoom allows you to schedule meetings and send out calendar invites with information on how your meeting attendees can join in via their computer, phone, or mobile app. Before getting started with Zoom, go to tcnj.zoom.com, click “Sign In,” and then log in using your TCNJ credentials to activate your Zoom account. VPN
There are some systems that require direct access to our campus network (i.e. R/H Drives, EMS, etc). TCNJ provides VPN access to connect to these systems remotely. How do I access my voicemail from off-campus?
Call 609-771-2222. When the announcer starts talking, immediately press the # key. If she completes her announcement before you press #, you need to hang-up and try again. Once you successfully press #, you will be prompted for your extension/mailbox number and then your voicemail password (press # after you enter your password, but not after you enter your extension).
How do I set my out-of-office greeting?
From on-campus, simply access your voicemail and press 3 (phone manager functions) then press 6 (record out of office greeting). From off-campus call 609-771-2222. When the announcer starts talking, immediately press the # key. If she completes her announcement before you press #, you need to hang-up and try again. Once you successfully press #, you will be prompted for your extension and then your voicemail password (press # after you enter your password, but not after you enter your extension). Once you’ve accessed the voicemail system menu, press 3 (phone manager functions) then press 6 (record out of office greeting).
To disable your out-of-office greeting use the instructions above to access your voicemail again. It will notify you that you have an out-of-office message set. Press 4 to disable it or press 5 to keep it active.
